This started out as a cartoon on the current healthcare debate and kind of mutated into a comment on health insurance.
I should have had it done by yesterday, but it’s so hot in Olympia lately that my corrective fluid took an unusually long amount of time to stop being liquid, and I had to wait for that before I could scan it.
