To see this as funny is often the source of one of life’s unhappiness. A lot of us are not just very clever and it hurts to be laughed at.

tom: Huh? I must be unclever enough to not understand your meaning. Surely you’re not suggesting the artist refrain from criticizing McCain/Palin, a brain trust possibly more bankrupt than #43?
