It doesn't happen very often that I draw something which manages to be this serious while maintaining the clear setup --> punchline structure of a more standard funny cartoon, so when it does the resulting piece tends to be very important to me. Plus, that could be me if somebody doesn't give me either a job or some money in the next month or two, so this one's rather personal. Thanks.
